Emerging from Winter
A One-Night Tribal Gathering
Saturday, February 21st - Sunday, February 22nd
Come for an EVENINg of transformation & Peace
Arrival Saturday at 1:00 PM · Departure Sunday late morning
As winter begins to loosen its grip and the light slowly returns, we gather to come out of hibernation together.
This is a short, intimate, one-night winter experience rooted in breath, earth, warmth, and shared presence. A chance to take inventory of what has shifted and softened through the darker months, and to gently re-enter connection within yourself, with others, and with the living land.
We’ll sleep together as a small tribe in the heated yurt on full body mattresses, tend warmth and quiet, and allow the pace of late winter to guide us as we move toward the Spring Equinox.
What This Experience Is
• A shared overnight gathering (everyone sleeps together on mattresses in the heated yurt)
• Late-winter ritual and reflection
• Grounded breathwork and gentle embodiment
• Story, warmth, and simple ceremony
• Winter stargazing, weather permitting
• A slow re-entry into movement, breath, and community
It is a retreat of remembering.
Saturday Schedule
1:00 PM – Arrival & Settling In
We’ll arrive together, get oriented, and settle into the warmth of the yurt.
Rose Tea Ceremony & Deep Introductions
We begin with a hot rose tea ceremony in the yurt, sharing intentional introductions and grounding into the circle. Bala will share the history of the land and the seasonal context of late winter, this threshold moment between rest and renewal.
Afternoon Breath work Journey with Naga Das
A guided breathwork experience with Naga Das designed to reconnect you to your body, your breath, and the earth beneath you, clearing stagnation and inviting gentle aliveness back in.
Dinner
A nourishing, plant-based dinner shared together in warmth and ease.
Evening Gentle Breath work, Hot Chocolate & Winter Stargazing
After dinner, we’ll ease into a gentle breathwork practice designed to calm the nervous system and invite rest. If weather allows, we’ll step outside to take in the winter stars, meeting the quiet brilliance and vastness of the season.
We’ll then return to the warmth of the yurt to share high-quality dark chocolate hot chocolate and a series of short, inspirational, reflective, and devotional readings offered by candle light from those who feel called.
Overnight
This is a shared tribal sleeping experience. Everyone will sleep together in the heated yurt on mattresses, surrounded by warmth, stillness, and the sounds of winter.

Meet your guides
Join community member Sean Owen (Naga Das) is the founder and visionary behind All Heart Holistic Group, a spiritually focused business that aims to guide participants and fellow travelers back home to their heart through workshops, retreats, education, and coaching. He began his path after a powerful spiritual experience in treatment for heroin addiction 10 years ago, which revolutionized his entire outlook and attitude towards life. From that point on, he dedicated himself to the journey of self-improvement, sobriety, spiritual growth, and deeper healing, which led him to his true calling of being of service to those lost on their own path to greatness.
Formally, he is trained as an addiction counselor, certified experiential specialist, anger resolution specialist, registered yoga and meditation teacher, breathwork instructor, and a Reiki level 3 practitioner. He believes that every day, every breath is a new opportunity to grow, learn, and expand our hearts to a greater loving awareness. His goal is to rise every morning, honor the beauty all around him, and remember the gift of life that is within us all. Let Sean Owen (Naga Das) be your guide, offering tools for inner transformation and reminding us all to embrace life's beauty with boundless love and authenticity.

“Would highly recommend Sean’s workshops! I have been to several and always walk away calmer than when I entered. Sean has a great way of mixing complex topics with a great sense of humor. His Breathwork workshops always take me to a level that regular meditation just doesn’t!” -Tracy Haas

Bala & Nivay
We are close spiritual friends who spend countless hours together in the forest practicing, laughing, and learning side by side. Our partnership grew naturally from that friendship and shared devotion. We approach this gathering in the spirit of “the satsang is the guru,” trusting that truth reveals itself through the circle, not just from the front of the room. While we’re happy to share our experiences and hold space, we see ourselves less as teachers and more as spiritual friends walking this path together.
bala
Is a meditation teacher, forest-therapy guide, and founder-steward of Just Love Forest Ashram in Poetry, GA. Trained in mindfulness with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, he weaves together devotion, ecology, and lived practice.
After a life-changing awakening in 2017, Bala turned from the tech world toward a life of presence and service. His work now centers on helping others remember what is already whole through nature, community, and the simple courage to live from the heart.
Nivay Sahaye
Nivay is a steward of Just Love Forest, where he tends the land as both sanctuary and mirror for the inner journey. His path weaves devotion to Hanuman and Neem Karoli Baba with practices of surrender, honesty, and heart-centered living. Having walked through his own thresholds of heartbreak, family karma, and healing, he holds space not as a teacher but as a fellow traveler, learning from the forest, from sangha, and from the living practice of each moment. His prayer is that community and nature remind us that the heart itself is the true guru.
