DEEP INTRODUCTIONS
As we gather in the yurt, each person is welcomed with a cup of rose tea and an invitation to arrive fully. We settle in together, share deep introductions, and listen to the history of the land - letting the journey begin in warmth, presence, and connection.

MEETING THE LAND
We then meet the land in our sacred eight-circle stone labyrinth, where each person is invited to introduce themselves and speak their purpose. In your own way, you acknowledge the beings, ancestors, and living presence of this place - opening a relationship rooted in respect, listening, and intention.

NATURE & FOREST THERAPY
Enhancing the core theme, retreats at Just Love Forest are woven with Shinrin-yoku–inspired nature and forest therapy experiences, thoughtfully integrated throughout each gathering. Guided by trained facilitators, these moments invite slowing down, sensory awareness, and deep relationship with the forest - allowing the land itself to support reflection, healing, and presence alongside the retreat’s core offer
