Rene Eder - Poetry Flags: A Community Collaboration & Offering

Rene Eder

Poetry Flags: A Community Collaboration & Offering

Slow down, listen deeply, and add your voice to a collaborative poem that will become an offering to the forest and to one another.

Rene is a longtime yoga teacher, meditation facilitator, writer, and lifelong student of open-hearted living whose practice brings together yoga, poetry, bhakti, and contemplation.

We’ll begin in circle with a guided meditation and reflection on stillness, attention, and creativity. Each participant will receive a strip of natural cotton and an invitation to write a line of poetry, a blessing, a prayer, or simply a few words arising from the moment.

You do not need to consider yourself a writer. Sharing is optional.

Together, our individual pieces will become Poetry Flags, tied into a shared installation among the trees. It’s a collective expression created by the Forest Fest community and offered back to the forest.
