Hanuman Tuesdays are held as a quiet, devotional day for spiritual practice at Just Love Forest, a forest ashram rooted in the living traditions and lineage of Neem Karoli Baba and Ram Dass, and guided by the path of Bhakti Yoga the yoga of love, service, and devotion.

Tuesdays are traditionally dedicated to Hanuman, the embodiment of courage, humility, strength, and selfless service. We honor this through intentional conversation, simplicity, and time for personal spiritual practice on the land.

The Day

We gather at 10:00 a.m. for a brief welcome and orientation.

After introductions, we enter quiet for the remainder of the day.

Participants are invited to hike to Bhakti Mountain, a sacred 40-minute walk through the forest. At the top, you’re welcome to sit in quiet practice, read spiritual texts, reflect, pray, or simply rest in the beauty of the land.

If the walk does not feel right for you, you’re welcome to remain at Basecamp in our meditation yurt.

Independent personal practice is held from approximately 1:00–5:00 p.m.

There is no group facilitation during the silent hours; this time is yours.
