Discovering the Energy Between Us

Drawing on the ensemble-building practices of theatre, this experiential workshop explores how play, presence, and intuition can open pathways to deeper human connection. Inspired by theatrical pioneers including Augusto Boal and Sanford Meisner, participants will engage in accessible exercises designed not for performance, but for cultivating trust, empathic awareness, and authentic connection.

Through playful and grounding experiences, we’ll explore what happens when we listen beyond words, trust our intuition, and become more present to the subtle energy moving between us. No theatre or performance experience is necessary - just curiosity and a willingness to connect.

About the Facilitator
A director, playwright, performer, and workshop facilitator with many years of theatrical experience, the facilitator has explored how practices originally developed to create strong theatrical ensembles can serve a deeper purpose: helping people become more present, intuitive, trusting, and connected to one another.
