We're so happy to welcome you as one of the people helping bring the inaugural Just Love Forest Fest to life.

Thank you for sharing your gifts with our community. We received many wonderful ideas, and we're grateful that you'll be helping shape what this gathering becomes.

Forest Fest is inspired by the ancient tradition of the harvest. This is a time when communities came together to celebrate the abundance of the season, offer thanks, share what they had, and prepare for the quieter months ahead. Rather than consuming, we gather to contribute. Rather than performing, we come to participate. Every person brings something meaningful to the whole.

We're intentionally keeping this gathering grassroots, simple, and authentic. Our hope is that Forest Fest feels less like a festival to attend and more like a community to belong to. We believe some of the most meaningful moments won't happen on a stage, but around the campfire, while sharing meals, walking forest trails, lending a hand, and getting to know one another.

As an Experience Team member, we invite you not only to facilitate your offering, but to become part of the fabric of the weekend.

Registration

As a thank-you for sharing your time and gifts, we'd love to cover your festival admission and meals for the weekend in addition to a $50 honorarium to help offset travel costs.

If you'll be self-camping (our recommended option)

Register for the Self-Camping option at www.justloveforest.com/forestfest and enter the code EXPERIENCE-SELFCAMPING in the Scholarship Code field. Your admission, self-camping, and all meals will be fully covered.

If you'd prefer a hosted accommodation

You're welcome to reserve one of our furnished teepees or canvas bell tents at the regular guest rate, subject to availability. When you register, enter the code EXPERIENCE-MEALSONLY in the Scholarship Code field to remove the meal portion of your registration. You'll simply pay for your hosted accommodation.

We warmly encourage Experience Team members who already have camping gear to choose self-camping whenever possible. Keeping our hosted accommodations available for guests helps support Forest Fest financially and makes continued gatherings like this possible.
