A Day in the Forest

Fall equinox Experience

Come for an easy and gentle full day of forest therapy on Saturday, September 24th from 10:30am - 5:00pm to experience playfully being guided through nature using all of your senses. We will honor the Fall Equinox with a fire ceremony lead by David Castaldini to release unwanted attachment and create space for new reflections during winter. The day will conclude with a foraged Beauty Berry tea from the land.

The Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, meaning “forest bathing” will reconnect your spirit and boost your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Forest bathing has volumes of studies and science showing how it helps you reconnect through nature, reducing stress, anxiety and depression.
